Degree Apprenticeship Programme
We know that the development of talented people is key to our continued success in an ever-changing industry, and for the first time we are offering candidates the opportunity to join us in a variety of functions across our Group. You can enjoy the best of both worlds, studying for a degree whilst working full time and getting some brilliant experience in the food industry.
As a William Jackson Food Group degree apprentice, we’ll give you roles with real responsibility, opportunities for your voice to be heard and a whole load of training opportunities to help you develop personally and professionally. The scheme runs over three-and-a-half years, during which time our degree apprentices complete three different placements around either our bakery Jacksons or Wellocks.
In partnership with Sheffield Hallam University, there are three different degree apprenticeships to choose from: supply chain, food science or corporate.
