The international brand operates across premium food service channels with high-quality authentic Mediterranean olives, antipasti, grains, pastes and vinegars.
In 2023, the Group acquired miso specialist brand Miso Tasty which now sits within Belazu. We’re very proud to say they became B Corp certified in September 2021 and continue to be so.
David joined our Group in 2016 initially as Buying Director of our online organic retailer Abel & Cole, later expanding his role to become Buying, Technical & Supply Chain Director. In October 2020 David was appointed as Managing Director of Belazu.
David has a background in the organic food sector previously working at Daylesford Organic Farm, Gloucestershire, and before that Marks & Spencer where after starting on their graduate management programme as a Food Technologist he moved into buying and category management roles in the Food to Go sector.
