Celebrating 170 years
Jacksons of Yorkshire is celebrating our Group’s heritage and history with the launch of its new 1851 loaf - marking our Group’s 170th birthday next year.
The soft white open-top loaf with a sourdough taste is baked using a traditional sponge and dough method. The longer fermentation time helps to deliver a distinctive texture, flavour and crust. The new loaf is available exclusively in Waitrose stores nationwide.
