Meet our grad, Eleanor Old, who is having a great time on our Graduate Development Scheme.
She started with us last September and has spent six months at MyFresh, Abel & Cole and our bakery, Jacksons. Eleanor is currently enjoying life at Aunt Bessie’s with our procurement team.
Last week she spent the whole week with our Chief Executive, Norman Soutar. Here’s what Eleanor had to say about being a grad with us: “I’m enjoying the new challenges that come with each role, and being able to draw on a huge wealth of experience from the many people we meet.
“The thing I most enjoyed at the bakery was being able to get a really good understanding of the whole process, from visiting suppliers in the fields, working in the factory seeing the raw material being mixed and baked, understanding the transport process to get it out to the depots and then seeing the product in store!”
